Being findable should not mean giving up control. Here is exactly who can see what, who can contact you, and how to leave.
18 and over
DoyenTalent accounts are for adults. You must be 18 or over to create a profile, and we will close an account if we learn the holder is not.
The same line runs through the platform’s discovery side: anyone showing positive indication of being under eighteen is excluded, and is never shown to an agency as a prospect.
If you believe a profile on Doyen belongs to a minor, tell us at info@doyenos.com and we will act on it.
Who can contact you
Agencies approach you themselves, in their own name, using a route you have made public. Doyen does not message, follow or invite anyone on an agency’s behalf, and it does not hand out a private address you have not published.
If you are represented, approaches route to your agency and you still see everyone who looked.
Nobody buys access to you. Doyen does not sell contact lists, and an agency subscription does not come with your details attached.

What is on the record, and what is not.
Built from public work
A profile is assembled from work and records that are already public — credits, published images, agency boards. Each item carries where it came from, so you can see why it is there and challenge it if it is wrong.
Not identified by your face
Doyen finds and identifies people from what they have themselves published — a name, their words, their public work. It does not identify a person by their face.
Never scored
There is no rating of you, and no ordering of you against other people — not shown to you, and not shown to an agency either.

Leaving
How to have your profile removed.
Write to info@doyenos.com from an address we can tie to you, or from inside your account, and say you want the profile removed. We will confirm it is you, remove it, and tell you when it is done.
You do not have to have claimed the profile to ask for it to go, and you do not have to give a reason. If you would rather correct something than leave, claiming the profile lets you do that directly.
